Private Residence Renovation & Addition

This project included a reconfiguration of the existing kitchen layout and a first floor addition. The first floor addition provided a new entry foyer and closet. The second floor addition included a new owner’s bathroom complete with a cathedral ceiling. The exterior elevations included decorative moulding and trim to match the existing parts of the house.
