Originally a cape-cod style home, we were engaged by the homeowners with a wish list to accommodate their growing family & additional spatial needs. The project included complete removal of the existing roof structure to accommodate a new second floor over the existing house as well as a 2-story addition to the left side. A new cathedral kitchen addition was included at the rear of the house.
